AI Transformation Consultant -Miami, FL

With a strong commitment to innovation and efficiency, they are looking for a seasoned AI Transformation Consultant to spearhead a comprehensive review of the bank’s internal systems, workflows, and service delivery infrastructure. Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in AI/digital transformation consulting, ideally within the financial services or banking sector.
• Deep understanding of banking processes, regulatory landscapes, and risk controls.
• Experience with AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and RPA platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in leading change within complex, regulated environments.

Description:

• Lead a full-scale operational assessment to identify inefficiencies and automation potential across banking functions.
• Develop an AI-driven transformation strategy aligned with the client’s goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with department leads (Operations, Compliance, Risk, Customer Service) to document workflows and identify friction points.
• Recommend and prioritize use cases for AI/ML, robotic process automation (RPA), and data analytics tools.
• Support solution design, implementation planning, and vendor evaluation when applicable.
• Present findings, ROI estimates, and execution roadmap to senior leadership.
