A prestigious, nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking a skilled Complex Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team in New Jersey. This is a prime opportunity for an experienced litigator to work on high-profile, high-stakes cases in a collaborative and supportive environment. Complex Litigation Responsibilites:

• Independently manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct investigations, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff on multifaceted legal issues.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates and strategic guidance.
• Prepare for and participate in trial proceedings.

Complex Litigation Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (New York Bar admission also considered).
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• First-chair trial experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-facing experience and legal project management skills are advantageous.
