CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR

New Berlin, WI (must be local, NO relocation )

$80-120K

Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join their team! The successful

candidate will be responsible for creating accurate estimates for construction projects,

including labor and material costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the

construction industry, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Excellent

communication skills are a must. This is a great opportunity to work with a team of dedicated

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor
• estimates.
• Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen
• to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Strong experience with Cold Form Framing and building exteriors
• Experience with commercial construction is a must
• Perform takeoffs to determine material and labor requirements.
• Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and
• scheduling work.
• Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular
• intervals for the duration of the project.
• Work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure estimate accuracy and that
• projects meet profit standards.
• Manage Projects as needed.
• Order required material as needed
