Job Description

As the Employee Relations Coordinator, you are responsible for investigating and resolving Associate and Customer complaints submitted to the company. In this role, you will complete key tasks to facilitate the complaint resolution process from start to finish, including but not limited to gathering and analyzing evidence, making disciplinary recommendations, and completing timely and accurate investigation summaries. This position requires high integrity towards both legal regulations and company standards, tactful communication, and excellent customer service skills.

The Employee Relations Coordinator is a Support Team role based out of our Corporate Office in Norcross, GA in the metro Atlanta area. Our Corporate Office Support Team consists of 300+ Associates who are committed to supporting our Operations Team as they proudly serve and create memorable experiences for our Customers. What you'll do:

  • Review and assess complaints as assigned
  • Gather essential documentation needed for the resolution process, including but not limited to: staffing schedules, sworn written statements, payroll records, CCTV security footage
  • Thoroughly review and analyze all evidence to make disciplinary recommendations in alignment with company policies and legal regulations
  • Coordinate investigation activities with Operations team and communicate recommended disciplinary actions
  • Conduct remote and phone witness interviews in assigned markets
  • Manage numerous cases simultaneously and summarize investigation findings in the system
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Experience/Educational Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred; high school diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
  • Working knowledge of AS400 (preferred)
