Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office located in Roswell, GA. This onsite role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure smooth workflow, help manage administrative staff and support the onsite engineering and sales team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven experience in office management, food coordination, and ad-hoc project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all day-to-day administrative and operational office functions.
  • Organize office meals, snacks, and catering for meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc projects as assigned by leadership (e.g., office moves, special events, internal initiatives).
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and correspondence for senior leadership.
  • Handle basic HR functions such as onboarding, time tracking, and policy compliance.
  • Ensure the office complies with safety, health, and security policies.
  • Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage food ordering, vendor coordination, and event planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and human resources procedures is a plus.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
