Part-Time Administrative Assistant - Pasadena Office
We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant with prior experience in professional service environments such as finance, engineering, legal, architecture, etc. . This role will begin at two days per week, with the potential to expand to three days monthly depending on workload. There is also the possibility of the position becoming full-time based on performance and organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily and weekly clerical duties including filing, managing emails, ordering office supplies, and liaising with the bookkeeping team.
Organize monthly office activities such as team events and "lunch and learns."
Support a key recruiting and onboarding project for architectural staff, including job postings, interview coordination, reference checks, and basic IT setup coordination.
Location: Pasadena, CA
