We are a New York City-based company opening our first retail store in Forest Hills! We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and service-oriented Retail Floor Associate t o provide in-person support to our customers—mainly students and families shopping for school uniforms. This is a part-time, in-store role with a fixed schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist children with school uniform fittings and support parents by providing guidance on sizing while ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience.
• Handle in-store payment transactions.
• Communicate with our fulfillment center and internal team for order tracking.
• Support in maintaining a tidy, clean, and well-organized store environment.
• Ensure the sidewalk in front of the store is clear (trash, snow during winter).

If you have the following REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability to work 3 fixed days per week (between Monday to Saturday, from 10 A.M. to 7 P.M.) *
• Must reside within a one-hour commute of Forest Hills, NY.
• A friendly and support-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with standing for shifts and handling light lifting from time to time.
