GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

The Sales Order Processing Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order management process, ensuring timely and accurate order execution, backlog reduction, and customer satisfaction. This role leads a team of CSR – Order Processing and serves as a key liaison between Customer Business Partners, supply chain, and commercial teams.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

  • Manage the daily order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Lead and support the order processing team in resolving complex issues, such as pricing discrepancies, blocked orders, and delivery delays.
  • Monitor backlog performance and drive initiatives to reduce aged or delayed orders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Business Partners and Supply Chain Planning to prioritize order fulfillment based on product availability and customer needs.
  • Serve as the escalation point for operational order issues, coordinating cross-functional resolution when necessary.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline the order-to-cash process.
  • Provide regular reporting on key order processing KPIs (e.g., backlog, cycle time, order accuracy).

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, D365) and order processing workflows.
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
